Don't even get me started on this thing

I live in Fier, Albania, and I've been wondering what to do about my Nissan. It has a multitude of problems and I don't know where to start. I need to know where a good repair shop is. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I would buy a camel. Less trouble and no gasoline.
